IE4.X：Under the Top Toolbar Menu, click on "View", select "Fonts", and then select  "Chinese Simplified (GB2312)".

IE5.X：Under the Top Toolbar Menu, click on "View", select "Encoding",  and then select  "Chinese Simplified (GB2312)".

Netscape4.0X：Under the Top Toolbar Menu, click on "View", select "Encoding",  and then select  "Chinese Simplified (GB2312)"

Netscape4.5X：Under the Top Toolbar Menu, click on "View", select "Character Set",  and then select  "Chinese Simplified (GB2312)"

This problem may also be caused by the loading process. If this happens, please click and hold the "Shift" key, and at the same time click on the "Refresh"/ "Reload" button at the Top Browser Menu to load a new updated page.
